With 86–89 GW targeted by 2030, the focus is shifting from ambition to implementation.Grids, transmission, and interconnection are now centre stage, and offshore wind is where the green and blue economy come together at scale.
On 19 February 2026 in Amsterdam, Global Transmission Report hosts the 7th Annual Offshore Wind Transmission Europe Conference, bringing together TSOs, developers, policymakers, and technology leaders to tackle integration, interconnectors, permitting, and resilient offshore networks.
